It's a great spot for lunch. Mind you, it can be a bit crowded (a bit loud). Food and service were good.

Authentic Italian, the tomato sauce is worth "scarpetta" on!

Birthday Lunch! Fresh pasta, perfect. Atmosphere cozy yet bright. Wait staff exceptional, pleasant and attentive. Will definitely be my Miami "go to" for lunch or dinner. Chocolate souffle and cappuccino...perfect finale.

Service was amazing, food was amazing...overall, this establishment exceeded my expectations!! We ordered the calamari as an appetizer, then I had the grilled salmon with sauteed spinach and mashed potatoes as my entree. Of course, we topped it off with two delicious desserts: the apple pie strudel and the flamming hot flan that literally melted in your mouth. We were a group of nine and I really appreciate that the servers and staff were very attentive to their customers needs.

This restaurant foods were surprisingly good and huge too being served in a nice big bowl! It was a nice environment with modern music playing, and the layout of the restaurant was very casual. I would definitely recommend and referred your foods and services to everyone without any hesitation. Great service and pricing! Worth it!

What a great experience. The food and service were both fantastic. The restaurant is very cozy and quiet. I highly recommend the meatball appetizer but leave room for the amazing desserts.

I've been going to Fratelli for many years as I work downtown and always order the same for lunch, a small Lodi salad. Lately, I have been ordering it to go as dine-in is closed due to the pandemic. To my disappointment, the salad was a fraction of the Small Lodi salad portion. Barely enough to be called a side salad, let alone a lunch salad. The last time I got this salad was 2 weeks ago and it was great, but today I was truly disappointed. I'm guessing they're trying to save money with the economic situation but it doesn't seem very smart to lose long-time customers by trying to sell them half of the portion they used to get for the same price. It's really a shame.

Divine, just absolutely, divine! This cozy restaurant in downtown Miami is a sweet reminder of my favorite culinary experiences in Italy. What an absolute pleasure to eat here. Everything was great. We had pappaderle, truffle pasta, and filet mignon. My absolute favorite is the truffle pasta. Looking forward to dining here again.

For as busy as they get, they are very efficient at getting the lunch crowd through. My sandwich was delectable, the bread and chicken were crispy and the flavors were fresh and authentic. My only regret was not saving room for the tiramisu.

We love this restaurant, per antipasto: fried calamari, antipasto mixto and meatballs, per primo fettuccini fruto di mare, lasagna, per secondo scaloppine ai limone, per il dulce: Tiramisù and chocolate lava cake with ice cream, great wine list, prices are at pair with the quality of food. Is like been at NYC midtown eating at a Italian restaurant, our serves a Spanish speaking lady was great. We definitely return, Highly recommend.

This place was amazing. The service was impeccable. The servers were very attentive never letting your drink go empty or leave you wanting for anything. It's a little expensive but more than worth it and expected for downtown Miami. The best part was the food, as it should be. The steak was cooked to perfection. Mashed potatoes out of this world. Would definitely come back.

This restaurant has a special place in my heart. My husband picked it out years ago for a romantic date and we have not stopped coming since. We've seen Fratelli grow, go through rennos and become much more popular but the important things have not changed. This place is hands down one of the best authentic Italian restaurants in Miami. The flavors, cook, and texture of the dishes is like no other Italian I've ever had. Our favorites are the lasagna and the pollo farcito. The service is spectacular and the outdoor seating is pet friendly. Parking can be tricky but valet is available and there is a garage right across too. Highly recommend Fratelli Milano.

Dry fried chicken - if you try one thing here you have got to try these wings. They are coated in a garlic/ginger sweet sauce and are perfectly crispy. They're super addicting and one order is good for two people.

The place is very cozy. The rib eye I had was well prepared. My only complaint was that the mashed potatoes I got were a bit on the dry side but over all it was a great experience.

We have ordered delivery from here a couple of times now (covid era), and have been pleasantly pleased! The homemade pasta shines through each of the dishes, and is perfectly cooked each time. I had the pear pasta the first time and absolutely loved it. It could have used a little less cheese in the filling and perhaps a little more pear, but it was great nonetheless. The next time I ordered was an amatriciana spicy sauce. It ended up being too spicy for my liking, but I powered through because the sauce was so delicious, I didn't want to give the dish up! This has quickly become a favorite restaurant of ours to order our weekend dinners. We hope to get an opportunity to visit, in person, sooner rather than later!

Been to this place a few times and it never disappoints and tonight's dinner was no exception. We enjoyed to bottles on wine and an excellent delicious meal. I vested away from menu and requested a specialized order and they didn't skip a beat as when it was served was perfect as expected.

Wonderful decor, sweet attentive staff and just delicious meals. One of had risotto that John described as perfection. The pasta had a fresh taste even without sauce and the bowl full of fresh ingredients. Such a perfect evening

I called this Restaurant's customer services representative and I was able to book an appointment right away. I was not mistaken about choosing this Restaurant for my birthday event. All of my worries were gone now! A perfect place for events and family time. A great music selection and delicious foods. Nice!

Although the food here is very good the vegetarian options are a bit limited and very uninspiring. The bread of the table did not seem fresh but the dipping sauce they give you with it is very tasty. We servers here are attentive and accommodating to any changes that you want in a dish. I tried the pear stuffed ravioli and butter Sage sauce and thought it was a little trite.

I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the wait staff and presumably the manager. Pasta was made fresh and the desserts were tasty. They also had a very good wine list without breaking the bank. The service was top-notch which made the entire experience; they really went above and beyond. Overall, Fratelli Milano gave us a perfect birthday dinner.

My wife and I decided to go to this Italian Restaurant nearby. We both love to eat Italian dishes, and surprisingly, the food was delicious! The waiters greeted us with that big smile, and they directly showed us to our seats. They will also answer all your questions, sincerely. We will come back again and recommend this restaurant to my friends.

I've been here before and pasta has always been amazing, yesterday was even extra special, we ordered dinner for 6 to have a small bday celebration at home. My friends were all impressed by the food, it was delicious! I ordered personally and they delivered right on time as ordered. Thank you so much ! Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, nobody rushing me. And the food!!! The fist time I had veal scallopini I white wine sauce with black truffles—delicious! The second night, grouper in a white wine sauce with capers, black olives, and heirloom tomatoes—equally delicious! On the second night, I ordered a wine that turned out not to be at all to my taste, and it was replaced by another without any problems. Will definitely come!

Always clean with a cozy environment and excellent fresh food, it offers a quiet escape from the surroundings while providing a better option for healthy eating. Dine in or take out and you won’t be disappointed! We met up with friends to eat. The food was amazing and the service was great. We will be back soon.

The pozole (with chicken) always amazing! I love pozole and I normally don't have an expectation on it because everyone makes it differently. But OMG was this so good. I am from the IE and I will not mind the drive over here just to have more pozole.

Recommend place that I found very delicious. The foid was well prepared and the dishes were not small at all. The service was warm and very easy going. I wish the wine options were better even though the prices are very reasonable. This is a kind of place I would love to come back.

Is my second time here amazing food, one of the best lasagna Ive ever eaten and fettuccine allo scoglio is out of this world

The service was good and responsive and the place was quite full. But the food was simply average. The bread is not good (Italian bread should be better). The Branzino was overwhelmed by the sauces they put over it. The gnocchi was the best dish. Perhaps I should've solely chosen the pasta here. Friends also were underwhelmed. Dessert was decent although we asked for the ice cream that came with the cake on the side and they charged us $2 extra for ice cream. Annoying.

We really enjoyed our meals. Was priced good for Miami and the quality of food we were served. Will definitely return on our next Miami trip. Patio is very small and you are right on sidewalk. They were accommodating even though we did not have a reservation. Can't ask for more than good food, wine, and service.
